Afqa, the eternal city of Adonis and Astarte is situated in the heart of Jebel el Mnaitré at 71 Km to the north-est of Beirut.
The mountains overhanging this village, presents a truly fairy-like aspect with a ground almost carved due to erosion, covered mainly
with juniper trees and presenting paths going up to ± 800m of uneven roads with various levels of difficulties.
